WHAT SHIRKOAK PARK RESIDENTS SHOULD KNOW.
STATIC HOME BOUNDARIES
A static home should have a minimum of 3 metres between the outer walls of the dwelling and the boundary, which means, the minimum spacing distance between two static homes, occupied separately, should be 6 metres and every unit should not be less than 2 metres from a road.
In the event a resident does not have a site plan, accompanying the agreement, showing the boundaries, then they may ask the owners, who are duty bound, to supply one, for a maximum fee of £30. It is worth noting, in the event a resident has more than this amount of space between the home and the boundary, then the site owner can reclaim any excess land and is almost certain to refuse an owner to assign their home with any more than the area as stated above, unless of course that resident has a site plan to the contrary.
I have access to a library of information concerning laws and regulations governing static homes. If you do have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me * , when I will do my best to answer your query. Needless to say all communications will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
Please note any information is given merely as a guide and should not be relied on as verbatim. If in doubt, please seek professional advice.
This Park will allow domestic pets, however permission is required from the Park manager. Dog owners should note , their charges must be kept on a lead at all times and any ‘doggie deposits’ must be removed immediately!
